Ask for a quote

Start your virtual assistant request

Admin, customer support, CRM work or invoicing prep: pick the service, add notes, and a service partner follows up.

It helps to spend ten minutes listing what you actually want off your plate. Go through a normal week and note each repeat task: answering order questions, entering receipts, updating deal stages, chasing unpaid invoices. Next to each one, jot down how often it happens and which app it lives in.

You can paste that list straight into the notes box. A service partner uses it to work out the hours involved and the skills the assistant needs, then contacts you to confirm the details. Keep passwords and customer data out of the form. Access is set up later, through proper delegation, if you decide to work together.

What to put in your request

A few specifics make the first reply far more useful. Include what you can.

  • The tasks you want handed off, in plain words
  • Roughly how many hours a week those tasks take now
  • The software involved, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot or QuickBooks
  • The hours or time zone the assistant needs to cover
  • Whether the work is steady or rises at certain points in the month
  • Who on your side will give instructions and answer questions
  • Anything the assistant must not touch or decide alone

The next steps are up to you

Once the form is in, a service partner picks it up and gets in touch, by email first. Some partners prefer a quick video call before they quote, because tasks like inbox triage or bookkeeping admin vary so much between businesses.

The quote arrives as a written proposal. Read it closely. Check which tasks are named, how many hours are included, how the assistant gets access, what happens on holidays and how either side can end the arrangement. Until you accept it in writing, no work starts and nothing is owed.
